Quality Assurance and Inspection (QA/QC)
- Development and implementation of on-site quality control programs
- Preparation of ITP procedures, Weld Log Books, technical documentation, and as-built records
- Field supervision of welding, assembly, mechanical, and construction activities
- Verification of compliance with ASME, ISO, API, SII, and other international and local standards
- Execution of independent technical inspections and contractor audits
Engineering and Construction Support
- Consulting on technical solutions, design documentation, and applicable standards
- Participation in design processes, drawing reviews, and specification verification
- Support in equipment procurement and verification of deliveries against project requirements
- Integration of equipment and systems in line with the client’s technical specifications
Licensing and Regulatory Liaison
- Preparation of documentation for obtaining government permits and licenses
- Management of technical correspondence with government authorities
- Coordination with the Standards Institution of Israel (SII), the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Natural Gas Authority, and other regulatory bodies
- Support during the connection of facilities to infrastructure networks
Training and Contractor Support
- Conducting QA/QC training courses for welders, inspectors, assemblers, and engineers
- Adapting international requirements to the specific conditions of each construction site
- Setting up internal technical control systems for contractors and subcontractors
